Why the Self-Employed (Even Conservatives) in Wisconsin Should Get Behind BadgerCare for All

It occurred to me a couple of nights ago to write a column for the newspaper, so I did. And the Green Bay Press-Gazette will be running it on Sunday. I’ve done this a couple of times over the past few years (I need to send them a better photo).

Recently Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield announced that it would no longer sell health insurance plans on the individual market; Humana, Prevea 360 and UnitedHealthCare dropped out in previous years.

This means that if you’re self-employed, there will be only two choices next year…

And it continues from there. If you’re interested, you can read it in the newspaper.
