I just hung a selection of photos related to looking and not looking at The Art Garage, which is a local, community arts center here in town. The opening reception is tomorrow, Dec. 7 at 5 pm. I’ve been taking photos with varying degrees of seriousness and intent since 1999, but I’ve done very little to show them to people. I’m trying to change that going forward. But first, I feel some responsibility to my older work to actually let people see it (other than on Flickr and other online platforms).

On display are a baker’s dozen of digital and film photos from 1999 through 2022. If you find yourself in NE Wisconsin at some point in the next few weeks, check it out.
